Health & Safety Guidelines to Ensure We Can Safely Gather
Attending events can be a concern right now, and each person must choose what is within their comfort level. We hope by taking the steps below to protect each other, we are able to provide the much-needed opportunity to get together face-to-face to share best practices.
Social Distancing & Masking
• All staff, sponsors and attendees will be required to wear a mask in meeting rooms (except speakers) and public areas. Masks are not required when actively eating or drinking.
• General Session meeting rooms are large to allow for social distancing with extra space between tables and between chairs.
• Breakout room seating is designed to allow for maximum social distancing.
• Disposable masks and hand sanitizer will be available.
Outdoor Networking Access
Some of the social events will be held semi-outdoors (weather permitting), including the Hospitality Heroes Party.
Attendee Refund Policy
The ORLA Hospitality Conference refund policy includes a 100% guarantee on the Conference for Covid related participation issues that may arise. Paid attendees have access to a refund up to 100% of their Conference registration with a written communication sent to Marla McColly at MMcColly@OregonRLA.org. This policy is being implemented to encourage necessary steps are taken by individuals needing to quarantine in the event of close contact to Covid-19 leading up to the ORLA Hospitality Conference.
